| I was hesitant when I read the blurb to jump into this one because nothing makes me more stabby than a woman who’ll put up with crap..I’ve been that woman…but I took the leap and Candace is a new to me Author. Now when I first started I look my beloved hubs of over fifteen years right in the eyes and said “If this idea ever crosses your mind go straight to the lawyer, don’t pass Go, don’t collect $200 cause if you suggest this I’ll kill you and bury you in the crawl space.” Can you tell I was all kinds of stabby? LOL! As a “I am woman, don’t frack with me’ kinda person and a woman whose been cheated on…it’s hard to believe what she’s willing to put up with but you will fall in love with Cole! Yes you might want to throw your e-reader at times cause Jack needs ran over by a bus but I couldn’t stop reading. I needed the triumphant ending. And I was still hoping for that bus. HA! I enjoy a read that evokes emotion and this is one of them! |
