I did some amazing reading this week! I fell into Penny Reid’s Elements of Chemistry world and wow…what a great ride! I devoured these books and I could kick myself for waiting so long to read them. A true read fest that I couldn’t stop! You must, must read them all together, the first is FREE but wow….such a great trilogy.
I finished Meghan Quinn’s Two Wedding Crashers which you can pre-order now and be reading on March 11th!! Beck is going to steal your heart and make you swoon HARD! OMG..so funny, so loving….so AHHH! It’s perfect! I could read this one again & again!

I don’t know what love is anymore.
Well, that’s not entirely true, but I’m going to tell you a little secret: I’ve lost the spark.
You know the kind of spark I’m talking about?
Where butterflies take flight in your stomach from two hands innocently colliding. Or catching your breath when you first meet someone attractive. Yeah, that spark.
Except I haven’t felt that feeling in forever; there is nothing left inside of me.
Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem–but I’m a writer on a serious deadline, and my editor is breathing down my neck for a romantic, Nicholas Sparks type love story. No pressure, right?
That’s how I find myself flying across the country to crash a wedding in the name of research, dress and heels stuffed into my small suitcase.
It should be the easiest book research ever. Drinking some free champagne, basking in the love of two strangers, and tapping into my romantic side. That’ll be a breeze. I’m a pro. I can handle this.
Until I mistakenly end up in the wrong hotel room, naked as the day I was born, with the sexiest human I have ever met staring me down, wondering what I’m doing taking a shower in his bathroom.
I don’t think calling it “research” will get me out of this mess.
But it will make for one hell of a story.
What am I reading right now?
The Bitter Root Inn by Devney Perry. This is my first book by Devney and I’m enthralled by these words. Mystery and intrigue….I just finished it and I loved every single word! A true must read!

My adventure with Audible…I started my free trial of Audible this week because I had to feed my Mia Sheridan addiction and I didn’t want to wait until September to read Dane’s Storm…I’ve tried listening to books before but I thought this would be different…alas…I’m not a listen to books type of person. The story is amazing but I just can’t do the listen thing. My mind can’t stay focused. BUT if you love to listen to books this is one for you. If your wanting to try it…you can get started for FREE!
