10 STARS! One of the best books I have ever read!

Get ready to get wet and lose your heart because Bodi is here to steal it!

 

My star rating does not go high enough to justify my love of this book. I am a die hard Meghan fan and this book, Bodi and Ruby, is the most amazing thing that has ever come out of her brain. I am so in love and awe right now, words are hard. I could live in this world always. 

Bodi….Light brown hair, denim blue eyes, Gold Medal winning Olympic swimmer and so heart breakingly broken. 

 

Ruby, so full of live and vibrant color, quirky and sweet with a huge heart and marches to the beat of her own drum. Two people, worlds apart but so perfectly matched. I giggled and laughed, I seriously swooned and panted, my heart bled and I cheered. There was not one second of this book that I did not adore. From Bodi’s awkwardness to Ruby’s eccentric bumbling through some seriously fun text messages and random facts, to dealing with huge inner demons, everything was phenomenal. 

 

The fun “Olympic sport: sausage stuffing.” I paint him a picture. “It starts with a line of flaccid penises, the gun goes off and it’s a race to see who can not only get erect first, but who can stuff their sausage in a pair of Spandex and then do twenty jumping jacks without their penis flying out. I would one hundred percent watch that.” 

 

The serious “I never let someone into my world or gave anyone a chance, but then you came along. You wiggled yourself into my life, and fuck if I don’t want to see your beautiful face every day. I’m not sure how this will go, but I will tell you this, I won’t share you.”

And when Bodi climbs out of his shell, ooh baby that man will set you on fire. A great reading experience.

 

Unfortunately Bellini has not choked on her tic tacs yet but I am seriously holding out for it in the next book! She has a few cameos here but her presence is tolerable and somewhat “put in your place” justifiable.

Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.
